Strum Truppen brass buckle

I have a brass buckle which I bought in 1975 in Belgium the link below has a photo of it.
It has a skull and crossed stick gernades with the Strum above and Truppenbelow the skull.
the link says it may be Spanish but thats all I have found. Mine is in better shape than the one in the photo also.

1975 purchase? I thought these were produced much later than that. In any event a total fantasy buckle.
