Can not say too much about the belt, at some point it looks as if it is a modified EM belt.
The belt buckle is a beautiful and a rather scarce zinc specimen, from a late production period without RZM stamp. These little cracks on the retaining plate can also be observed again and again with this type. For further evaluations it would be useful to photograph the buckle solitary, so that one can recognize the two-claw construction.

Great looking late war Overhoff. Not sure why the belt would have the cross strap. I believe they stopped using them long before this buckle was produced.

It's extremely rare to find this buckle in this nice condition and I like it a lot. It's interesting, how the rope splits into two pieces around the 10 o' clock position, below the left wing. This feature is typical for this late war variant by Overhoff. Can't comment on the belt.
