    Red Army - captured by German Armored Train?

    Hi.

    Is it possible to identified type of armored wagons these Red Army armored train captured by German?
    I also need some translations on photo background, if is possible.

      Is it markings on wagon are Red Army or are maybe they are added by Wehrmacht?

        Script to the rear of the photograph is the german spelling of Vorenesh, Russia. The 42 is presumably 1942, but you could check that against known events and time lines.

        No idea on the tech spec of the wagons or the markings attached.

        Top script I read as "unknown" mitt B Zug

          Thank you a lot for help.
          Also some other mebers of forum has confirmed translation, and and identified the train as ОБ-3 (OB-3). Two was lost during July 1942 in Voronezh area.
