I saw a small very cool group from a man who was in the 23rd Pz Reg.

Were they part of the 23rd Panzer Division?

The 23 Pz Division had the 201 Pz Regiment, but a 23 Pz Regiment does not seem to have existed, have you the correct description ??

In August of 1943 a new PR 23 was stood up with the renaming of PR 201, and became of the PR of 23 PD.

... Panzer Regiment 23 sure did exist and had their share of Knight's Cross recipients as well.

Todd it s harder to find who signed it on your wound badge urkunde as you need to find out who was the Oberstabsarzt in the Reserve Lazarett Bad Langenau in 1945. Bad Langenau is in Poland ,its name is "Długopole-Zdrój"

Hi Daniele. I'm sorry for the confusion. I wasn't trying to identify the doctor. That's a bit difficult usually and I'm not super interested in the doctors' identities on my various wound badge documents - no offense to any doctors reading this. But thanks for the tidbit about Bad Langenau! I hadn't looked into I confess.
