Info found in the manual D76 “Panzerangriff im Rahmen einer Infanteriedivision vom 23 Juni 1936.” When the flag was hung (ruhig gehalten) it meant ‘Breakdown,” when it was waved (geschwenkt), it meant “Help Required!”
