If 214 607 refers to a chassis number, it could be Panther G Befehl ??? And would be confirm by the cupola hatch ( nice piece !!! )

Panther chassis number

Hi,

If this were a piece of Panther steel, there would be several 21xxxx series numbers stamped into a Panther hull, not all are the chassis number, the important information, is where is this piece of metal from within the tank hull and what is the three digit ordnance code that should be alongside the number.


However there do not seem to be any Panthers with hull numbers 214xxx, yes for 210xxx, 211xxx, 212xxx, 213xxx, but not 214xxx.
