Few days ago Tank Hunter and Team Sdkfz found in polish river an Sturmgeschutz 3g frlm Alkett factory. It will be restored by Mateusz Deling and who was in Overloon this year can see how beautifull stug he build. Mateusz told me that he need one year to make this Stug to fully working condition. It was a pleasure for me to take a part in this great discovery. That was a dream of my life to find and recover german tank from ww2.
Whole the time we were thinkink that will be a wreck of Jagdpanther. In this river two vehicles was left in 1945. We know that one war recovered in 1960 by polish army. Our first found was a roof from Jagdpanther. The hull was locaded 3m under the bottom of river. We was sure that must be a hull of jagdpanther. Stug was a big suprise. Unfortunetly that was not a Jagdpanther, byt Stug is also nice

I love small equipment pieces. Was there anything else? More helmets, gasmasks, Trommeln, etc? Is there only small patch of Zimmerit?
