Acrylic Stands for Panzer Muzzle Brake and Track Link

I thought these came out pretty nice so I wanted to show them here. I made these for my upcoming D-Day display to provide a sort of floating image for the Panzer IV muzzle brake and Tiger I track link. I am going to make stands for all my firearms and ordnance also. I wasn't planning on offering a service to make custom stands but if you have something you need, i might be able to help you out with it. Comments welcome. Thanks for looking.

I'm dead jealous of your muzzle brake. I have a nice representative collection of Panzer track links but I'd really like a muzzle brake and I've always liked the flattened shape of the Panzer IV's.

                - Tiger I Track Link Stand

                Hi All,

Made my Tiger I Track Link stand out of Plywood/wood.

Started off with a section of Tiger I Sprocket Ring and used that as a Template to create the rest of the sections.

Was not happy with the the stand this way so I added a frame to the two sections.

Still needs finishing off - bit of paint or varnish

I also want to incorporate the original piece of Sprocket section into a section of the stand.
I will make a hidden bracket to secure it to a section of the stand that I will cut out - thats the plan anyway

Then of course I wanted to know how big a complete Drive Sprocket Ring would be - so I made one out of some thinner Plywood.

Not sure yet what I will use this for.

I will keep you all updated i when I make the stand for my Panzers I/II , III/IV , and Panther Track links.

                Kind regards,

                Pete.

                      - Tiger I Track Link Stand

Thanks for that - I personally prefer your stands to mine.

Mine are very 'Rough-and-Ready' - but I suppose they do the job.

                      Kind regards,
                      Pete.

                        - Tiger I Track Link Stand

                        Hi All,

Here is what I was originally thinking of with the complete stand - make it look a bit like the front end of a Tiger:

The middle part can be used to display lots of other items.

Another Idea was this one for smaller parts:

I was going to use one of my Tiger Shells at the back of the stand - the stand could be lifted off the shell if needed.

I may still make them both at some point.

                        Kind regards,
                        Pete.

Great way to display your collectables.

I was looking at how I would use them and display?

The Brake would be German camo striped and use as a door stop, the wife would love that. The Tiger track I would use to clean my boots out back or as a tractor tire chock. Maybe a desk display. How many different every day uses can you think of?

You either don't like Tiger 1 Track Links - or you have so many of them that you would use some for that.
An Extremely Expensive Boot cleaner and Tractor chock

But please send us the photos if you do use them for that

                            Kind regards,
