Wooden Panzer Recognition Models

I have seen a few threads on the forum about these but I thought I would take a moment to share my collection of Wehrmacht issue identification and recognition training models. The amount of detail that went into making these in the midst of total war has always amazed me. Other nations simply molded their recognition models out of foam rubber.

The Tiger I, PzIV, Sherman and T34 are all the same ones shown in the book "Panzer Soldier" by Wade Krawczyk. There are a few different manufacturers represented here - Rodach, Habermass, AGE, D&Co.. I hope you enjoy them as much as I have.

I can just imagine the tedium involved with assembling the tracks for the Sherman and Churchill.

Carles, your StuG is great, I especially like that it has a saukopf mantlet. The commemoration on the bottom is nice touch.

Vince, they are all 1:20 scale, some of them have their data card present on the bottom which states the scale. Below is a list of all vehicles of the series I have observed over the years, by no means a complete list:

I have only seen one photo of a heavily damaged Kingtiger. Rumor has it that a French collector owns a complete one. If anyone has photos of the kingtiger or other models that were part of the series not listed here it would be great if you could post them.

Nice Elephant, it appears to have cast metal tracks.
And I think the one being held on it's side is actually a Nashorn, that is, judging by the muzzle brake.
