10 ton German panzer jack from 1943.

Hi.

I got yesterday this German panzer or halftrack jack.
It is marked "10" I think stands for 10 ton. The producers name and 1943.
In original condition with a green colour.

Anyone know what type or panzer this belong to ?

10 ton jack

hi

your 10 ton jack survived the war but it has some parts that are missing.
the bigger basefootplate has come off (the weldmarks are still visiblle were it was attached, and the safetymechanisme (ring+ bracket) are gone too.

a common feature on the jacks unfortunately.

This type was mostly used on PZ III/IV and their derivates on those chassis.
of course workshops did have them too.
