Help Identify a Vehicle Formation Stencil

I was cleaning out my old roll top desk and found this stencil at the bottom of a drawer. I got it along with other German militaria in the early 80's directly from the vet. I spent some time online trying to find it, I don't even know if it's German but everything else I got from him was. It's on stiff paper measuring 6" x 7.5" overall. It appears to be die cut as the cuts are very precise. It was used at least once as there are remnants of black paint present. Anyone have any thoughts what it might be? Thanks in advance.
