Unknown camo part. Panzer?

Hi, I got this item recently. Has Zimmeritt overpainted camo and carries WaA + eagle markings, I assume then is from some armoured vehicle? Gun? Approx. 12 cm diameter. Any ideas? Regards.

My immediate thought was the large retaining fixing for the rear idler wheel on the Pz IV family. Yours looks to be more rounded on the top though.
