Is that 10. Panzergrenadier-Division, 20. Panzergrenadier Regiment? What is these two symbols before backslash and above "Gren."?

Most likely yes. What I had in mind is this flag(?) between two wheels(?) and something like Roman three? I am not too sure if that's a number or some other symbol

Flag and two wheels - I am pretty sure that means Motorized Battalion.

It's a key, emblem of 10th PzgrDiv. That "III" like symbol seems to be having dots on the outside next to the bottom? Like ".III."?

Harrison987 has already given you the correct designation, and its a pennant not a flag, a flag is rectangular in shape.

Being a "solid" pennant always indicated a battalion Stab.

so its the Stab/III/Pz Gren Regt 20 .
