I believe I've seen that kind before. Must be a thread around, in the optic's forum perhaps. Not for a PzKpfw but might be for a bunker or so.

Thanks you I found some little info about... it seems it is realy last model of trench periscope using from november 1944...but still any more detailed info like model, description and so on...On google I find 3 photos of it
