Panzer II turret in situ - Greece

Back in 1988, while backpacking around Greece, I stumbled across this Panzer II turret mounted on a concrete base. It was in Platamon and located behind Castle Camping, just as the railway line enters a tunnel. Does anyone know if it's still in place?

I'd seen a range of bunkers lining the tracks, but hadn't expected to find one with a turret still in place. The shame is that I didn't take more photos! This was pre-digital, when you had to worry about the number of photos you were taking.

Thanks SgtB! I'm just kicking myself that I didn't get photos from all angles. A Google maps search suggests the railway line is now double tracked, so this bunker may now be gone.

The other surprise at Platamon was finding that my Kiwi cousin was staying at the same campsite. Our travels were completely unconnected. It's a small world!
