I don't think there ever was a Mark IV with a turret. This tank looks like a mock up model. If you check the Mark VIII you will see a similar but larger tank with a turret. So IMO it is a "mix model"

Makes sense as this was a model. The photo was taken in Germany in the early 30's. Thank you for your help!
