I think it's impossible to put a value on unique items like this. Simply because there are not really many to compare with. So I guess it's basically up to whatever a rich person wants to pay for really.

A "Panther" storage box (posted somewhere here) was offered to me for 5000,-EUR.
And I sold a Panzer III one 15+ years ago for 500,-EUR.

Both with original paint.

Whatever some wants to pay, or the owner wants to sell it for. There are not many that may need one for a Tiger, but many more might like it for their relic item collection. I prefer Pz III or IV items, though. Shipping will be high, anyway.
