"bmp" is for Mahrische Stahl-u. Eisenindustrie A.G. at Olmutz in Czechoslovakia., a well known maker of track for Pz 38 (t) and Hetzer.

These are 38t tracks or for derivates using the same running gear(marder, bison, 38t flakpanzer...) only the hetzer had wider tracks land larger wheels
