I'm not sure exactly what you're getting at here - the real answer to #1 is no- I've never seen a Panzerjäger-Abteilung 171 Unternehmen Gelb commemorative plate. Interesting item though...

The second image appears to be a Jagdpanther that had a rather unfortunate day... three times

sorry took these pics yesterday a t musem took quite a few but as they where in glass cases there was to much flash rebound.the tank pic yes very bad shell puntures.and the plate i thought was quit interesting but could not get a close up thanks for looking
