Officer - Schwere Panzer-Abteilung?

Hello,

I am told this individual is a panzer officer (Major?) from one of the "Schwere Panzer-Abteilungen"... I tried to ID him, but it does not look like any of the commanders (Although for a while I thought that it is Willy Jähde) ... Can anyone recognize him? Perhaps a clue lies in those shoulder-boards of the officer who is sitting next to him. Any suggestion is valuable!

I think that Schwere Panzer-Abteilungen should wear grey panzer wrap, not black ones if I am not wrong so may be it is another unit

I have just seen my mistake, I thought it was schwere panzer jäger abteilung sorry
