The translator's surname is Johnston. I have spent many hours looking for this book on the 'net, and no luck. If anyone has a copy that they are willing to sell, PM or email me, please. Thanks. You can contact the US National Archives and find substantial primary source material in the Captured German Records. You might want to contact the Berlin Document Center to check out their SS Personnel records.
