I do not know, what tank it is on the first pic, but I think the one on the second and on the left of the third pic is a Tatra T-III prototype.
Am I right?

This looks like the Light Tank P-II aka YNH aka LT Vz 34, designed by CKD in 1932/33 and introduced in the Czech army in 1934. 50 were made.

As you suggested, my guess would also be that this is one of the two Tatra T-III prototypes, which were built in competition with the S-III from Skoda, who also built two prototypes. Skodas development lead to the S-II and T-21 series which eventually became the Hungarian Turan. The Tatra T-III was a failure and the prototypes allegedly scrapped.

This would then be the T-III on the left while the vehicle on the right is a run-of-the-mill LT Vz 35 which became the Panzer 35(t) under German management.
