Bovington tank museum re-visited part2

Arrrghl.. I must go to Bovington soon. Anyone know when the Tiger will run next time (to lazy to check the page).

If I don't remember wrong I was part of an investigation about what people wanted when they opened that museum (can be some other brittish tank museum if the one in Bovington isn't quite new or remade, less than 10 years ago or so). Fun thing is that i live in Sweden and got caught by some person that wanted info when i visited Imperial War Museum.

You mean the one which is sorta between the Tiger and the StuG, behind the wall? If I'm not mistaken, it is an M3 Medium Tank, a.k.a. Grant. As for the size, I think the camera disturbs things a bit

as far as i know the Tiger is due to run at the next Tankfest in 2006 unless it is brought out for some digitary, if this is so it is rarely advertised

I think you're right now that you mention it, you can just see the grant/sherman style running gear peeking 'round that wall.

I'm so jealous. I wanna come see the tanks! are any of you guys rich enough to want to shoat me the airfair from new zealand????
