    Ostketten - Winterketten

    Fresh finds from the front, Kurland WW2 1944 front.

    Please correct, If I wrong. I have information, that these tracks are used on Panther 3 & 4 , also on the Stugg.

    Top ones with the extension are Ostketten, the ones without are the normal Panzer III/IV links. There's also a link from a Soviet B4 tracked howitzer ( http://www.flickr.com/photos/jtocchialini/7100218571/ ) and at the bottom is Panzer I, but probably from a Maultier halftrack that used the same track.

        You can also see from your first photo that the Ostketten links were made in two versions, one for each side. The ones on the left are for the right track and the ones on the right for the left track.
