Found this strange device, could it be for change panzer roadwheels? Color seems to be panzergrau . Made a little istallation to show what i mean. If it is from Stug, where was it located? on armor outside there no place for this device.

never seen this kind of tool. It would be good if someone could confirm what it is but you might be right. I haven't got any PzKpw III manual, pity. I'll keep on looking.
