    sWS in motion ...?

In Overloon for the Militrack event I for sure went inside the museum too ... knowing it only from the net I was stunned by all the stuff they have on display - especially the logistic troop displays made up with the exhibits from the Marshal museum are really great ...

Beside all that standing between the post war eastern block and the Leoperd 1 MBT there was a sWS... knowing that there are only few survivers of which most are looking completely different this must be one of the former Arlon vehicles which were sold to Auburn... the shipping label also indicates that it comes from the states... any further information on this fact? Temporary exchange ??

From what i heard at the weekend it stood on the docks for the best part of a year due to clearance issues.....

It is going to a private owner in Germany and will have a very extensive restoration.

          Thank you David.

Many years ago I restored some rusty Alfa Romeo's.
When I see the deep cracks with rust on the pictures from Asbjoern I know for sure these are old, for sure not alone from some months on a dock.

          Regards,
          Wim.
