green Box with black Bulbs

Hello KFZ Experts

got this Box on the fleamarket for next to nothing and would like confirmation please, that this is a german pre1945 Item.
as you can see some bulbs have kind of black paint on them with a "N".."Tarnlicht"?? or better "Nachtlicht" for driving camo like in the dark??
No markings on the Box. Its made of wood with a metal plate on the top and bottom.
