Help with ID armoured vehicle

I would like to know what kind of vehicle is on this picture.
Some soldiers are sitting on it in the back. I think its a picture from 1940 but I'm not sure.

Are you sure it is a vehicle, not a marked stand or a kiosk?

I see helmets hanging on and the hatches looke like those of an armoured vehicle.

Looks like a captured brit. Daimler "Dingo" scout car

I was fairly sure it wasn't a British vehicle from the look of the shape of vision ports, but it didn't look German either, so I had a look at some french vehicles instead. The vision port which is at an angle between the front and the side was the give away, I'd say this was an abandoned Souma S-35. If you look at the ground you can just make out the tracks and armoured wheel cover.

I absolutely get where you're coming from re the Souma, but I'm not convinced. The two hatches / vision ports or whatever they are look identical, whereas the ones on an S35 don't.

Having a look through "Encyclopedia of German Tanks" the visors look like the front plate from a Sd.Kfz.260, light armoured radio car with rod antenna.
