No...there is no connection with the two stripped wraps that were discovered. The wrap for sale by TRD is from a collection, and has been seen a number of years back too. One of the stripped wraps is owned by a forum member....but he remains silent as to whether it has been restored. He also has never commented on any of the police wraps shown on any threads. I think he is of the opinion that most shown are bad.
