Hello all,
The military channels " Greatest Tank Battles" may not be the best documentary on WWII armor, but it is interesting hearing and seeing the veterans tell their stories. I just watched (on demand through my cable company) an episode based on Ludwig Bauer's time in the panzer corp during the war.
I own an autographed photo of Ludwig Bauer ( purchased from a WAF member) and I knew that he survived his tanks being destroyed 9 times. It makes me wonder if a book based on his WWII service may come out someday?
I thought some other members may be interested in watching this program.
Regards,
Frank
