Photograph: Which Tank/Assault Gun?

Gentlemen,
It has been a long time since I posted to the forum! I hope you do not mind my absence...

Anyway, I am trying to sell this historic D-Day (+H-hour) photo collection belonging to a pilot in the U.S. 31st Photo Reconnaissance Squadron. In one of the photo collage prints, there are two knocked out German tanks (more likely Assault Guns) that I am trying to identify. Can you help me? Please take a look here:

Those are tank hunters on mark IV chassis, "Jagdpanzer IV L/70", armed with 7.5cm Paks. Quite rare vehicles.

These aren't the L/70 version of the Jagdpanzer IV, these are the L/48 version. The threads can be seen at the end of the barrel where the muzzle brake has been removed.

So its the even rarer 1st model of this tank hunter, the so called "Guderian Ente" (Guderian´s duck).
