    Maybach HL 42 Details?

    Hi,
Wondering if anyone can help with some detail drawings and/ or photos of the Maybach HL 42TRKM engine for Sd Kfz 250 halftrack. Along with similar for the transmission.
I've done the obligatory forum and google searches, gone through all my reference (Panzertracts, Spielberger, Groundpower, Total Detail etc) and have come up with very little beyond poor or low res scans from the manual and some oblique photos of restored examples, but nothing you can really work from.

    Cheers
    Allan

          Hi Dennis,

Heck that was a long time ago, wasn't that in the Budge collection? Not sure if this isn't the 250 in the SdKfz/M. Gibb collection?

So please see attached SdKfz 250 engine view.

Thanks for your responses fellas, much appreciated.
I'd forgotten about historicbook.de, so thanks heaps for the reminder Joschi. I bought their NSU Kettenkraftrad Ersatztielliste a few years ago and the quality is pretty decent so hopefully the 5 odd titles I just ordered are the same.
Denis, are there any more photos of that chassis around? Great photos and it would be nice to see if anything has been done with it.
David, that appears to be the 250 Ausf. B that they restored on the old sdkfz.com but i don't remember seeing this photo of the engine. Are there more photos of the restoration elsewhere?
Thanks again and would love to see more if anyone has them.
            Cheers
            Allan
