The lamp is Luftwaffe equipment

There are also patterns of this lamp around which are marked "Panzerhandlampe" They are identical looking like this one just dont have the FL nr.

If a German item is marked "Panzer", that doesn't mean it's from a tank, just that it has a protective cover.
