I Know it's not German but I sold a lot of my collection to fund this restoration, I thought I'd post some pictures of progress in the restoration! The first picture is as found, a Euro return in excellent condition, a good start!

I'm getting close to finishing, have to wire and plumb the frame then I can set the body on it again. Most everything else is restored and waiting to be bolted on. Every single thing that can come apart has been either restored or replaced, many NOS parts as possible. I've had the seats done in leather, Beachwood canvas top and Vintage wiring from Maine. Just bought all the radio gear for it too. Should be back on the road in a couple of months , depending on the weather. I work at West Point and my garage is just outside the gate near the museum so I can usually get some work in at lunch time. I'll post more pictres soon.
