While his Kingtiger mount 104 is famous for being on display in the U.K. I was wondering if anyone on this forum could point me in the right direction of any known photos of this Tiger commander or if he survived the war?. Agte and other books have many photos of the other Tiger commanders of the Leibstandarte but Sepp as a company squad leader seems to remain rather elusive. Many thanks in advance.

Tiger 104
As far as I know Franzl did survive the war but since died some years ago. I haven't seen a wartime picture of him but would very very pleased to be able to add one to my piece on Tiger 104.

When I interviewed former Ladeschutze Graf von Helldorf he was certain that he was the only surviving member of 104 when it was abandoned. He was in very poor health.
