My two new Optic KZF 2 and RF1A & question

Hello. I yust get this two optic. KZF 2 I know but this other RF1A is unknown to me. Can help me by identification it . Its very big (for measures I photo with canten). dont know if it from Armored troops or for what? Any opinion welcome.

It was used by the Luftwaffe to aim guns not facing forward or special purpose.

Luftwaffe buffs will have more info.

Thanks Defleuve for help. Yet I must to wait on luftwaffe buffs opinion to say for what guns ussed that optic. Is possible for armourr wehicle or tanks?
