Remote MG was not installed, and hole is covered with armor plate. Gun mount seems to be like something that was used on Sdkfz 251, on stug I have not seen it jet.

    I mean this type:

Early Panzershild fur MG42 modified... See the small hook on base, quite an awkward mount to shoot from the loaders hatch

Let it welded back together, both plates and base are from one vechile, old welding marks gave a match:

At least one stug frome same unit seems to have had similar mount:

              SdKfz 251 Wheel

This is my latest purchase, my first Sdkfz 251 wheel. Been after one for a couple of years now at a resonable price, plus second hub cap.

              Regards

              Richard

                        Hi guys
Here are some parts found on a panzer field workshop near Sedan (may 1940)

Early 36cm tracks and a wheel cover from pzIV

Bucket was found on the same place, full of grease (with other stuff, not panzer related)

And 2 other ones from same place not cleaned yet

                        The first ones as found

Never found what was the little piece, panzer painted, very very thin, broke while cleaning

Yesteday in woods: stug`s additional armor frame, spare tracks holder, some trakcs and pins:

round broken detail is unidetified, maybe some sort of muzzle brake ?
