T34 production after 1945

Do anyone know vere to get some info on T34 production after 1945.
were they was made and what sort of uppgrading to it's armor and guns.
I think in special on the T34 who was used in the conflict in the former Jugoslavia.

IIRC the T-34/85 was the final model with no upgrades done after that, as the weight was already all the chassis could take. After that came the short-lived T-44, which paved way for T-54.
