    WaA Stamping on DKW NZ

Some times ago I managed to aquire a mainfamesection for my DKW NZ 350-1 project with its original dunkelgelb paint preserved for about 80 % ...beside the real cruel quality of the paint-job which can be seen from this piece the WaA stamp is very good preserved.... It can be seen that it would have been mostely gone if the frame was sandblasted as most of it is just in the paint ant not in the basic metal of the frame ...

Although many of the parts of my NZ must be completely restored the frame will stay original just with some repair on some parts...

You find it on the right hand side of the main frame just under the steering wheel , and you find it on the main data plate in front.

Sadly there are no further pictures of my NZ project as I sold the parts to a fellow collector over 10 years ago....
