This is the Austro-Daimler Motor Karette with "Wehrmachtsaufbau" of 1940.

General Dietl used this car. (Pictures in the book: Kraftfahrzeuge und Panzer der Reichswehr. Wehrmacht und Bundeswehr, it´s a German Book)

Looks like a great multi task vehicle and if it was driven like a tank would have been a great trainer for traversing terrain at speed.. With those wheels it be hard to do anything but ROLL it sideways accidentally..I doubt they did use it for trainer OR we d all have seen more of it..JMHO Billbert looks a little like a weasel too..
