I visited this museum when I was in Germany last May. This IMO is one of the best military museums in the World and a must see if you're in Germany. They also have fantastic car and aircraft exhibits:
Here's a picture of what's mounted on the roof of one of the buildings. This is a walk thru exhibit and if you look at the rear of this "Concordski" you'll see a spiral staircase leading up into the plane:

Yes,

it is very nice and has a decent collection of military vehicles, but some of the restorations should be taken with a grain of salt- e.g. that "Hetzer" is an unmodified Swiss G13 with a questionable paintjob.

some parts of the museum were reorganized but the paint of some vehicles didn't change.. Anyway even if the paint is sometimes not accurate, that's a really great collection. A must-see !!

I love the JU52 in winter camo and the Flak panzer (Mobelwagen) , thanks for sharing your album!!!

Well this is not exactly a JU 52. As mentioned in my album, this is rather a Spanish Casa 352 airplane built under German licence in Spain. The Heinkel He-111 planes are also Spanish-made. But as I said before, this is a fantastic museum and a gathering of most of the German WW2 technique, which makes this museum really impressive. The last major display installed is a Panther recovered from Ukraine, which was blown off and cut in pieces due to an internal explosion. It is now on display. The Panther has its original paint.. I can't wait to go back there to see this panther..

Im with JM as for the "Hetzer", this one could have been made much more convincing with very little effort. Panzer grey on such a late vehicle as the Hetzer is a no no, would have been much nicer with either a "hard edged" or "ambush" camo pattern.

Indeed this grey paint is more likely an original or original-like Swiss paint. The Swiss G-13 tank destroyers were painted in that sort of grey camo. The vehicle was also not converted into a German-like JgdPz Hetzer, as it kept its specific Swiss external equipments (tracks and road on the side etc..)
The only contradictory marking on this vehicle is the German kreuz..

Also note that the museum has a second G-13 Hetzer, which looks more like the German Jagdpanzer, with a german-ish camo and most of the Swiss fittings removed. I think that the Museum wanted to keep one Hetzer with its Swiss configuration and modify another one to German ..?

Museum Sinsheim

as a former member of the museum I can only say to take the military exhibits really "with a grain of salt". I quit my membership due to some of the "fantasy" exhibits and very poor restoration work done. The museum in Sinsheim also owns the Speyer museum, which is in fact the former Pfalz aircraft factory building from WWI. The museum has a bit of Hollywood and of course as a private museum must finance itself. If you want to see seriously restored vehicles and equipment the Wehrtechnische Sammlung in Koblenz is much better. If you like antique cars as well as military vehicles and are not concerned about the vehicles being historically restored and you are not a purist, Sinsheim is fine and is very interesting. You can also take the wife and not flog her to death with military artifacts as they also have musical instruments etc.

Converting a G-13 to a believable Hetzer is far from rocket science. Removing the roadwheel and tracks from the side, removing the muzzlebreak, addition of a roof MG with shield and relocating some equipment and a new paintjob are the most obvious changes that are needed.
