Possible Black leather Panzer Jacket Help

Hi All

Can I please have your help to identify this black leather jacket, is it possibly a Kriegsmarine or Panzer wrap, or just an ordinary period leather jacket. It has zig zag stitching behind the collar and marked buttons but no other labels or insignia.
