What happened to.....

About 18 months ago there was a thread with, if my memory serves me right, a Jagdpanther which was in winter conditions partially submerged in a river or pond. There was some debate as to whether it was a real photo or not and how recent it was as it seemed to be in exceptional condition.

Does anyone know how this ended up, whether it was in fact a real find and what happened to it?
