Need help on ID on AFV (German?)

would really appreciate it if anyone could be helpfull in identifying this AFV. It looks German but I'm really not sure.

Do you remember where you found this picture? I've been researching about the BA-64 and this is very interesting, not a very happy ending, hehe..
