No not yet.
It may be in the area though.. We have some indications that a total of 4 tanks were stripped of their engines. The 4.th could well be the StuG.
There is also an unconfirmed history that the unit may have had 1 or even 2 vehicles in spare. We don't know quite yet, we hope the army archives will give us more answers.

Weren't quite a substantial amount of StuG's and Pz III's scrapped for components which in turn were sold to Finland, in dire need for spare parts for their StuG fleet?

Not so much parts were sold to Finnland. Some sources state about 10 engines only.

Many ended up more or less complete as targets in live-fire ranges for Bazookas, air-to-ground ammo etc.

Excellent!!! Very interesting!!! Hope they take care of them better than the Russians who found the Stug III in Demjansk did.

Latest news....

The chassis number of the third panzer has been identified through Norwegian army records from 1949. It turns out that it had number 66158 making it originally an ausf.H from late 1940.
