Feeling rather sick.......
I made an all night car journey just to have a morning at Samur - I filled a memory card with pics. , and really enjoyed seeing the changes and extensions in the nature and range of the tanks and equipment on display since 1990.
On getting home I have found that one memory card has ben los - no prizes for saying which one.
I shot some 35mm as well and found this one photo of the bergpanther on it .
Sick as a parrot , especially as finding a manned 24 hour petrol station which will take Euros rather than "plastic" would drive you to distraction.Attached Files

DoH!
Yes, my eyesight has gone to hell in a handcart
I have just been talking to a friend who was asking about Samur .....feeling totally sick now about the lost memory card.
The gun mounted on the front ....never seen one in photos.
Don't know if or when I might be back there agin but it is worth the time if you are anywhere close to it.

Hello
Nice museeum , I have been there so many time !!! My parents still live only 15 km away from the museeum . The last time I was there was in March ,went with my Dad , he used to know the old currator ( when it was still in army hands) they served together long time ago ! probably went there at least 50 times.
They still have a lot to do ...
Best Regards
Pierre-Yves
