Mercedes Benz 1936 B-Convertible for sale, price ideas?

    HI!
I will try to sell this one for a man who is working with my father.
He inheritaded this car and now he wants to sell it.
I was wondering how much a car like this is worth?
It was used in Danmark during the war by the germans.
The Danish state then took it after the war and sold it to a private person 1947.
This person then sold it a couple of years later to another guy who married a swedish girl and they moved to sweden.
After that it ended up in a barn for seveal years and was discovered in the 80ths.
    Then he startet the renovation.
The car is in perfect condition and fully renovated with original parts.
It has been fully taken apart and then put together again.
The engine is renovated by a engine company here in sweden and runs perfectly.
It has 6-cyl, 3 gears with one overdrive.
The renovation was finished 1994 and the car has been running about 100-200 km each year after that.
I was thinking of putting an ad out in germany as I have relatives there that can help me.
I need to know the price the car might be worth.
    Many thanks in advance.
    Regards Karl-Johan

I don't know how much but it is a beaut!
I would contact antique-motor-clubs in Germany and other European-neighbor countries. I am sure this car costs like a good new Mercedes model!

P.S. OK, found one (same as yours?). Listed for EUR65,000 (http://www.prewarcar.com/searchresul...=Mercedes-Benz)

              Hello
You might want to try a search on Google (google it like they say) you might find something there priceing wise.
It is a really nice car and to auction it would probably bring the most money.
              Best Regards
              Pierre-Yves

Deck it out with authentic staff officer penants and I guarentee it will get more money than you would ever believe. at least 100,000 US.

A Swedish 230 W143. My advise is to check with the dealers in Germany, Thiesen, auto-salon-songen and so on. Buy the German magazine Oldtimer markt and check the ads. There is no market for the car in Sweden.

                              Lycka till!
