Has Otto passed away recently? I saw something, it was a tribute to him, but not sure if because He recently passed away. Any help appreciated.

I just got with the guy who made the tribute. He stated he was going to change the name, it just sounded too much like the title was more if someone had passed on. Sorry for any misunderstanding or confusion.
