Hello all,

Which was the camouflage used for the panzer at the time of the battle of the Bulge ? ( ARDENNES, La Gleize, …)

Somebody would have it photographs color and the references of these colors.

Hi Mathieu,

For the Tigers of Kampfgruppe Peiper in the Ardennes you could take a look at Tigers in the Ardennes plus the Missing-Lynx site has a good forum and model examples. The Panzer Archiv forum is also good if you read German.

Wich panzer? By the time the most common for the newer vehicles were standard factory camouflage: Tiger II, Panzer IV auf J, Panther G...
Both Tiger and Panzer IV wore the famous "Ambush" scheme, also some of the Jagdpanzer IV L70 ("Disk ambush" scheme), the StuG III G also had a factory cammo but not an "Ambush" one...
