Isn't that a Mark II, Luchs in the earlier part of the video?

It seems that the left chain of the King Tiger had a missfunction and that spoiled the mudguard during the show

Yes great film. I was there in 2004 and saw the King Tiger on the move...amazing...I would recommend a visit to Saumur to anyone who is likley to be in the area although I assume they only get the tanks out during the summer...best check their website.
